Company Expands Ability to Produce Higher Education Products
Wm. C. Brown Communications Inc. (WCB), a Dubuque, Iowa-based company, is expanding its ability to develop technological products for the higher education market by forming Business & Educational Technologies (BE Tech). WCB was the first publisher to produce a CD-ROM version of a general biology text and accompanying ancillaries. BE Tech plans to expand customer publishing services, the line of stand-alone multi-disciplinary higher education technology products, the number of vendors and products represented by the organization’s existing distributorship program, and existing programs. It will also develop multimedia and related electronic product capabilities.
